Perfect Attendance

attendance in all classes.
Costume Policy

Parents are required to purchase costumes for our annual recital in the upcoming
year.  You will have to purchase one costume per dance that your child is performing
in.  Average cost per costume is $70.00.  If you are unsure about the number of
dances your child will be in,  please feel free to ask. Costume payments must be made
in CASH only.

Prince/Princess classes do not participate in our annual recital.

Please note our costume payment policy:
Payment #1 - Half payment required by November
15, 2008
Payment #2 - Full payment required NO LATER THAN January 10, 2009

Parents may make costume payments at any time during the year and the amount
will be deposited to your account. Tights will also need to be purchased and that fee
is additional, but will be included in your total costume balance.

If the costume balance is not received in full by 1/10/09, a finance charge will be
added to your account.  The finance charge will be $5 for every $75 owed. Ex:
Balance $76 = $10 charge. All costumes will be chosen by Miss Kelly.
Payment Policy

Tuition is due on a monthly basis and is based on a 3-5 week session. Tuition  remains
the same regardless of the number of weeks in a month, or if the student is absent. If
there are 2 or less weeks in the month due to vacations, your account will be prorated
for that month's tuition. Tuition must be kept up-to-date in order for the student to
participate in class. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. After the 10th of
each month a $10 late fee is added to your account. Cash and check payments are
accepted for class tuition. Please make all check payments out to "Kelly's Dance
Academy". There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.
Class tuition is non-refundable but may be transferred for another class credit for the
same student so long as there is space available.

Parents are responsible for payment throughout the end of the school year,
which is concluded with our dance recital, unless *WRITTEN* notice is given
that the student no longer wishes to participate. This notice must be given
before the first of the month so that you are not charged the following month's
tuition. Written notice is given by signing our Student release form to end your
contract. All money is non-refundable.

Make-up Lesson Policy

If a student is absent from class, and they have missed part of their recital dance due to
that absence, you are entitled to a make-up lesson. Please phone the studio to schedule
an appointment before their next scheduled class to learn the material that was missed.
An assistant instructor will work with the student until the missed material is learned.

**Students do not go into other classes for make-up lessons due to instructor/student
ratios and age/ability variations of classes and material taught - unless otherwise
specified.

**Make-up lessons are not given due to holiday cancellations.
